Opened in 1728, the Royal Opera House is an amazing tourist attraction. Located in Covent Garden, West End, the Royal Opera House, was initially the Theatre Royal at Covent Grden. The Royal Opera House was twice strike by fire and was every time rebuilt to offer amazing shows and events. The new building was opened on 15 May 1858 with a performance of Meyerbeer's Les Huguenots. It was only in 1892 that the Theatre Royal was given the name we know today..The Royal Opera House.
